Dame Glenda?
Very informative, Why has Glenda Jackson never been made a Dame like her contemporaries such as Maggie Smith, Judy Dench, or Diana Rigg? She certainly deserves it.

Glenda Jackson
I have always admired Glenda Jackson. She is an honest and courageous person and she is true to herself and her ideals! Great Britain is lucky, indeed, to have her service. I wish we had someone like Glenda raising a little hell and social conscience here in the United States.

But what do we really know about Parliament's most-decorated performer? It's time for Glenda Jackson to face Political Judge.

(Research: Jonn Elledge)
"Acting engenders and harbours qualities that are best left way behind in adolescence. People-pleasing, going on those interviews and jamming your whole personality into getting the job, ingratiating yourself to people you wouldn’t spit on if they were on fire" (Carrie Fisher).
